Did Salman Khan convince Adil Durrani to accept Rakhi Sawant as his wife? here's what the businessman said

After days of silence, Adil Durrani has finally confirmed he has married Rakhi Sawant with a wedding photo on social media. “So here's an announcement finally, I never said I am not married to you, Rakhi. Just had to handle a few things so had to be quiet, happy married life to us Rakhi (pappudi)." Overjoyed Rakhi Sawant replied to the post, “Thanks Jaan lots of love.” In the latest media interaction, the newlywed went on to reveal that superstar Salman Khan called them.

A video has surfaced on the internet wherein Rakhi said that her ‘bhai’ Salman Khan called Adil when the latter refused to accept her. She said that the superstar tried to know what is going wrong as he saw several videos online citing trouble in her marriage. Pointing at Adil, she said, “woh mere bhai hai, ye unka jija hai, damad hai.”Afetr which Adil revealed what Salman said over phone call. “He just told me to accept it.Agar karna hai toh accept kar warna deny kar, jo bhi hai sach face kar.” Adil also clarified that there was no pressure and he decided to go with the truth. Last week, Rakhi dropped a photograph of Adil and her purported wedding photos, but there was no confirmation from Adil’s side. Following this, rakhi could be seen crying inconsolably in front of paps in several videos. It was recently that Adil told ETimes, “Well, yes, Rakhi and I are married. We are living together and happy." When asked if his family was happy about Rakhi, he said it will take some time. Meanwhile, as per their marriage certificate, the couple took wedding vows on May 29, 2022, but made it public this year.

Meanwhile, Rakhi Sawant previously got married to Ritesh Raj and later called it a mistake. She claimed that marriage is not legal as Ritesh didn’t divorce her first wife. On the work front, Rakhi recently exited the reality show Bigg Boss Marathi season 4 with a cash price of Rs 9 lakh.
