Emergency: Kangana Ranaut gives an exciting BTS glimpse of the film, says 'first look took nation by storm'

Kangana Ranaut shared the first look of her upcoming political drama Emergency earlier this week which caught the tinsel town by frenzy. Now, the actress took to her social media handle to share the BTS glimpses of the film and also praised her team. The brief look into the making of the film will surely leave you excited about the project.

The video shared by Kangana Ranaut shows monitoring the shooting of the announcement teaser of Emergency. Right from the sets to every intricate detail, the Manikarnika : The Queen Of Jhansi actress can be seen overlooking all the aspects of the shoot. The video furthermore shows the hard work that went behind conceptualizing her look as former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi .

One can see the former Indian PM Indira Gandhi’s picture kept against a wardrobe of sarees that presumably Kangana Ranaut will be wearing as part of her character in Emergency. The video then shows the Tanu Weds Manu Returns actress getting into extensive makeup for her look as Gandhi. The result is the actress bearing an uncanny resemblance to the former Prime Minister of India which will leave one flabbergasted. Take a look at the video.

Kangana Ranaut also shared a heartfelt message along with the post wherein she also stated how her first look at Emergency took the nation by storm. Talking about the film Emergency, it marks the second directorial venture of Kangana Ranaut. It will also be produced by her production house, Manikarnika Films. The movie also stars Shreyas Talpade, Anupam Kher, Bhumika Chawla, and Satish Kaushik in pivotal roles.
