    Kangana Ranaut’s 2022 film Dhaakad was a notable disaster at the box office. The lifetime collection was only a meager Rs 2.58 crore at the box office. But it seems like the actress has managed to redeem herself as her recently released Tamil movie Chandramukhi 2 has not only garnered a positive response from the fans but also witnessed a good opening at the box office.

    An elated Kangana Ranaut shared a screenshot of a news report that talks about the marvelous opening of the movie on her Instagram story. The Tanu Weds Manu Returns actress captioned the same stating, “Post Manikarnika in 2019 industry was hit by COVID and post that, now I’m seeing a blockbuster coming by way. Ha ha, it’s been a long wait, thank you for this tremendous response.” Take a look at her post.

    The Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi actress also shared a video on her Instagram story of a kid giving a positive review of the movie. The actress wrote, “All kiddos are happy, Bhoot is not very scary and action is not at all gory.     Talking about Chandramukhi 2, it has been helmed by P Vasu. The movie also stars Raghava Lawrence, Vadivelu, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Lakshmi Menon, and others in the lead roles. The movie has opened at Rs 7.5 crore in all languages according to a news report in Sacnilk. The report furthermore stated that the Tamil occupancy rate for Chandramukhi 2 was 51.90 percent while the occupancy rate for the Telugu and Hindi shows stood at 42.65 percent and 12.77 percent. With positive word-of-mouth, the horror-comedy flick is expected to further do well in the collections.
