Janhvi Kapoor brings laddoo for paps from Tirupati darshan with Shikhar Pahariya; here’s the truth about her rumoured engagement

Janhvi Kapoor was seen returning from her Tirupati darshan at the airport recently. The actress was quick to be surrounded by the paparazzi. Janhvi also revealed to have bought some laddoos for the shutterbugs. Not only this but she also showcased her witty sense of humor while being followed by them.

Talking about the same, Janhvi Kapoor could be seen looking pretty in a traditional pink and white ethnic suit with a matching dupatta. She had gone for radiant makeup with pink lips and stud earrings. The Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl actress had kept her hair open.

As she was followed by a paparazzi who asked her about the Tirupati darshan, the actress said that she had a very good time at the holy destination. Furthermore, Janhvi Kapoor said that she has bought laddoos for the shutterbugs but she can only give them if they turn off the camera. However, the actress is soon informed that the sweets are in the checking section at the airport because of which she could not give the same to the cameramen. Meanwhile, there were several rumors that the actress was engaged to her speculated boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya with whom she had gone for the darshan too. This was further fuelled after she was seen wearing a diamond ring at the temple. However, a source close to the Dhadak actress has rubbished the rumors and said, “Janhvi Kapoor often travels to Tirumala temple to honor her mother Sridevi on her birth anniversary. But this year, she couldn't go to the temple on August 13, since she was shooting for her film Ulajh in Bhopal. Post returning from the shoot, she made sure to visit the temple. During her visit, she wore her mother's jewelry including the ring. The rumors about her engagement are completely rubbish."

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor was last seen in Bawaal opposite Varun Dhawan. Her performance was appreciated by the masses. She will next be seen in Mr and Mrs Mahi along with Rajkummar Rao.
