Palak Tiwari reveals Salman Khan was like a 'father' on Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan sets, made sure no one cheated on their diets

Salman Khan starrer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will mark the Bollywood debut of Shweta Tiwari’s daughter Palak Tiwari . The starlet whose acting debut has been the subject of conversation for quite some time now has now spoken about marking her debut with the superstar’s big screen entertainer and described Salman as a ‘father figure’ on set.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which boasts of a big ensemble cast, is all set for a theatrical release on Eid later this year. Palak told Mid-Day in a recent interview that she thought being on set with Salman would be a daunting experience after signing the film. However, much to her surprise, Salman according to her, was like a father on set who fostered an environment that nurtures talent and also ensured that the cast was well fed and not cheating on their diets.

“He is one of the pillars of Bollywood. I assumed that being on the same set with him would be daunting, and that I would be nervous all the time. But he is like a father on the set,” Palak told the publication. “He ensured that we are well-fed, and that we also follow our diet,” she added.

Palak further added that the superstar was ‘almost omnipresent’ on the sets with a knowhow of everything that was happening. Her mother and actress Shweta Tiwari was also at ease due to the superstar according to Palak as she was confident that she was in the ‘right hands’.

Before Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Palak was supposed to debut in Bollywood with the now scrapped horror film Rosie: The Saffron Chapter. The film never took off but the announcement of Palak’s debut did get her a lot of attention on social media. Even before her debut in Bollywood, Palak enjoys a following of over 3.5 million on Instagram.
