The netizens found a rather unexpected scenario recently on social media. A video of actress Kangana Ranaut went viral on the internet wherein she can be seen praising the film Pathaan . Now, this has left many fans extremely surprised.

Talking about the same, Kangana was seen attending the wrap-up party of her film Emergency . The actress along with her co-star and veteran actor Anupam Kher was quipped on the success of Pathaan. On this, the Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi actress was seen saying that she is glad that the Shah Rukh Khan starrer is doing well in terms of the advanced box office collections. She further added that Hindi films that were lagging behind in terms of box office numbers should continue doing well. The video also has actors like Vidyut Jaamwal, Hrithik Roshan, and Patralekhaa praising the film. Take a look at the same.

Now, several netizens are baffled by this since Kangana was known to be actively speaking against Bollywood. The anti-Bollywood brigade on Twitter has also been simultaneously trending to boycott the SRK starrer. So many users were surprised on seeing the Tanu Weds Manu Returns actress praising the film.

Lol, how hard it must be for her.” A netizen added, “Where’s the boycott gang now?” A netizen took a jibe at Kangana saying, “So basically Kangana and Anupam chacha have realized that they are in the same industry and Bollywood is their livelihood and their identity. Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut wrapped up her ambitious film Emergency recently. She also shared a glimpse of the same on her social media handle. The film will be released on October 20, 2023.
