    Ranveer Singh was recently honoured for his contribution to the Hindi film industry at the ongoing Red Sea Film Festival 2023 in Jeddah. During his acceptance speech, the actor thanked Hollywood veteran Johnny Depp, who was also in attendance. "Wow! One of my screen idols is in the house, ladies and gentlemen, Mr Johnny Depp. My good Sir, I've followed your work since Edward Scissorhands and What's Eating Gilbert Grape. What an honour to be receiving this in your presence. Thank you for everything that you unknowingly taught me about the craft. Master of transformation, versatility, something that I am inspired by you, “ he was heard saying in the video which has been shared by several fan pages.     On the other hand, Hollywood star Sharon Stone heaped praise on Ranveer saying that he is a world-renowned Bollywood star and a style icon. “He is the recipient of several awards including 5 Filmfare Awards. Up next, he is all set for Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3, in which he will be playing the iconic role, which has so far been portrayed by two megastars Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan in Hindi cinema.
