The Kerala Story star Adah Sharma's contact details leaked online, faces harassment

Adah Sharma, who is currently basking in the success of The Kerala Story, faced harassment by an Instagram user. As per reports, the user has leaked her personal contact details and threatened to reveal her new phone number. Though the user’s profile has been deactivated, his post went viral. The actress’ fans have then tagged Hyderabad and Mumbai Cybel Cell Twitter handles to take action.

As per Etimes reports, Adah is facing severe abuse after the incident. The Instagram user named ‘jhamunda_bolte’, has been responsible for leaking her contact details. The account has been deactivated now. Well, Adah has not yet reacted to the mishap. The incident comes after The Kerala Story director Sudipto Sen revealed that the crew members have received a threatening message that read, “They did not do a good thing by showing the story."

Ever since The Kerala Story hit the theatres, trouble doesn’t seem to end for Adah. The film which revolves around the stories of Hindu women from Kerala who were converted to Islam, has been called the film ‘propaganda’ ever since its release. The controversial film has been banned in West Bengal. Amid this, the film has already exceeded the Rs. 200 crore mark at the box office.

Earlier this month, Adah also survived a road accident. She was supposed to attend the Hindu Eka Yatra in Telangana, but due to the accident, the event was called off. Her fans shared several concern messages on social media, after which Adah took to Twitter and wrote, “I am fine guys. Getting a lot of messages because of the news circulating about our accident. The whole team, all of us are fine nothing serious, nothing major but thank you for the concern.”

Meanwhile, Adah will next be seen in the role of a cop in The Game of Girgit, which is based on the Blue Whale Challenge. The film will also feature Shreyas Talpade in the lead role.
