Varun Dhawan confesses he used hair spray on his ears to grow out hair for Bhediya, Kriti spills the tea on his 'mehnaat'; See here

Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon spilled secrets from the sets of Bhediya on The Kapil Sharma Show and some hilarious details about the actor’s transformation into a werewolf came to light. Varun was asked by host Kapil Sharma how much time did he spend on make-up to transform into a wolf and it was revealed that Varun hardly spent any time in the make-up chair as had been instructed he had been instructed in advance to grow out his hair ‘everywhere’.

In uncensored footage from the show shared by Kapil Sharma, Varun confessed that he ended up using a hair spray on his ears to grow out hair there. The Bhediya actor hilariously confessed that while people use the spray to cover bald spots on their heads, he was busy using it on his ears.

Kriti added to Varun’s point and said that his ‘mehnaat’ is visible in the trailer in a shot where his character is shown to have a heightened sense of hearing. “Ek kaan ka shot hai trailer mein agar aap dekhoge gaur se, Iske kaan aiese hilate hain kyunki usko sunai deta hai uncha neecha sab. Toh wahan aap gaur se dekheinge to pata chalegi inki mehnaat.”

Bhediya extends Dinesh Vijan’s Stree franchise after last year’s addition Roohi. There is more to be seen of Varun’s Bhediya in the second instalment of Stree which has already been announced. The film which hit cinemas on Friday, has in two days earned over Rs. 17 crores at the box office with Sunday still to go to determine the fate of the film. The film earned Rs. 7.48 crores at the box office on Friday and saw a jump in numbers on Saturday earning Rs. 9.57 crores on Day 2.

Apart from Kriti Sanon and Varun Dhawan, Bhediya directed by Amar Kaushik also stars Abhishek Banerjee, Deepak Dobriyaal and Saurabh Shukla in key roles.
