This time round, for his marriage with Mehzabeen Coatwala, which had reportedly taken place at a leading star hotel in Mumbai. What started off as speculation, eventually turned out to be a reality. Munawar Faruqui is now officially married to Mehzabeen Coatwala. No sooner had one heard of this name, there were many questions about who she was. First things first. Mehzabeen Coatwala, by profession, happens to be one of the most sought after make-up artists in the showbiz arena. She has to her credit of having worked with many celebs, which also include Dhanashree Varma, when the latter had participated in Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa 11.

Many of the news reports state that the two- Munawar Faruqui and Mehzabeen Coatwala had met for some professional commitment. What started off a professional commitment, gradually grew into friendship and then love. The rest, as they say, is history!

As per a report in Pinkvilla, it's being said that Mehzabeen Coatwala had already been married, but had got divorce from her husband. She has a cute daughter named Samaira Coatwala. As for Munawar Faruqui, he too had been married to a lady named Jasmine. Due to differences, the two decided to part ways. Munawar has a ten-year-old son Mikael.

Marriage and reception
As per the reports available, it is being said that, even though their marriage was an intimate ceremony with as many as 100 people as guests, (50 each from both the sides), their reception is expected to be a grand one.
