Baby John Teaser: Varun Dhawan makes us skip a heartbeat with a glimpse of his first ever actioner, backed by Atlee

After beginning his journey into the world of films with Student of the Year, actor Varun Dhawan explored several different genres. Romance, comedy, drama, he’s done it all! But one genre that he excelled in was action comedy. As most of us already know, his next project is an out and out actioner where we will witness Varun in a never seen before avatar. Well, much to our delight the first glimpse of this exciting project, presented by Jawan director Atee Kumar and co-produced by his wife Priya Atlee, Murad Khetani and Jyoti Deshpande is now out!

The action entertainer has been titled Baby John and the one minute five seconds long clip was enough to leave us on the edge of our seats. It features Varun sitting on some type of a tribal throne, holding an eagle in his hands. He then sets the giant bird free to look straight into the camera, his eyes piercing the lens. The actor looks handsome with a scruffy beard and shoulder length long hair, a dead serious glare on his face as he lifts one leg up and places it on another in style.

At the end of this exciting glimpse of Baby John, Varun shoots 4 men running towards him as it rains in the background. Goosebumps alert! Along with this teaser, Varun shared the release date in the caption, which read: “#babyjohn ⚡️⚡️⚡️Worldwide release on May 31st 2024.” Well, fans just can’t get enough! In the comment section below, several netizens are now showering the actor and this teaser with love. For instance, one social media user wrote: “Wow. Looks like a blockbuster straight up ❤️🙌”, whereas another comment read: “Our Rockstar is in form as usual 😍💥💥.”

Along with Varun, Baby John also stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav.
