D50: Dhanush's second directorial adds Sundeep Kishan to its star cast

Sundeep Kishan is the fourth addition to the cast of D50.

The latest addition to Dhanush's second directorial is Telugu actor Sudeep Kishan, who is known for movies like Michael and Gully Rowdy.

According to a report Dhanush, SJ Suriya, and Sudeep Kishan will be playing brothers in the upcoming.

Recently Dushara Vijayan is known for her roles in movies like the 2021 sports drama Sarpatta Parambarai and the 2022 musical-drama Natchathiram Nagargiradhu had also signed on to D50.

The movie is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures in association with Dhanush's own production company Wunderbar Films.

This will be the second time Dhanush will be donning the director's cap after 2017s Pa Paandi. Dhanush also co-wrote the movie which starred veteran actors Rajkiran and Revathi.

Pa Paandi followed the story of Pandian Pazhanisami(Rajkiran) a retired stuntman who goes off in search of his long-lost love Poonthendra(Revathi).

The movie was a critical and commercial hit and was even remade in Kannada as Ambi Ning Vayassaytho. No doubt Dhanush wants to recreate the success of Pa Paandi with his next directorial venture as well.

Dhanush is currently busy with his upcoming Captain Miller. The movie is a period drama marking Matheswaran's directorial debut and his first collaboration with Dhanush. The movie is currently being shot in the forest of Tenkashi.

The movie will also star Hollywood actor Edward Sonnenblick, who last played the role of Edward in SS Rajamouli's RRR.

The movie will also be the first time Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar will work alongside Dhanush, making Captain Miller his second Tamil movie after Rajinikanth's Jailer.

The rest of the cast includes Sundeep Kishan, Nivedhithaa Sathish, John Kokken, Priyanka Arulmohan, and Sumesh Moor.

Noted composer G.V. Prakash Kumar will be handling the music for the movie, with Shreyas Krishna in charge of the cinematography and Nagooran will be serving as editor.
