Fukrey 3: Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma and Pulkit Samrat's movie gets LEAKED ahead of its release but there's a twist

The third installment of the Fukrey franchise titled Fukrey 3 is one of the most awaited films on the block. The movie is all set to be released on September 28, 2023. However, just ahead of its release, the film has been leaked online much to the shock of all the fans.

Talking about the same, ‘Fukrey 3 leaked’ started trending like wildfire on Twitter today (September 26). Many netizens started sharing the YouTube links of the movie or screenshots of the Whatsapp Telegram chats which had links to piracy sites that had uploaded the links to the movie. While some fans criticized the film being leaked which resulted in the hard work of the cast and crew involved going to waste, some netizens actively asked for the links to watch the same. However, users soon noticed that the links being circulated to Fukrey 3 were false and were just showing the trailer of the movie in a loop. Soon Ali Fazal who was a part of the first two movies also shared the link of the movie which turned out to be a prank. Take a look at his tweet.

This soon made the fans realize that the Fukrey 3 makers pulled off an epic promotional strategy and also an awareness against piracy by circulating the fake trend of ‘Fukrey 3 leaked.’ Keeping true to the title of the movie, this was an aim by the makers of Fukrey 3 to spread the message amongst fans to not indulge in piracy on a humorous note. Earlier, many recent releases like Jawan, Gadar 2, Dream Girl 2, and Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani have fallen prey to piracy.

There have been notorious piracy sites like Tamilrockers, Movierulz, and Telegram which have an active role in leaking big movies even before they hit the theatres. Talking about Fukrey 3, it has been directed by Mrighdeep Lamba. The lead cast members namely Varun Sharma, Pulkit Samrat, Richa Chadha, Manjot Singh, and Pankaj Tripathi will be reprising their roles.
