KGF Chapter 2 day 4 collection: Yash's action flick surpasses Rs 500 crore mark worldwide in just four days

    KGF Chapter 2 became the biggest opener of all times in Hindi, Kerala and Karnataka as per trade analysts reports.

    South superstar Yash starrer action flick KGF Chapter 2 has caused a worldwide tsunami and going strong at the box office. In just four days of release, the film has surpassed the Rs 500 crore mark worldwide.

    According to trade analyst Manobala Vijanbalan, the film has crossed the milestone mark of Rs 500 crore on the fourth day after its release on April 14. He tweeted, “#KGFChapter2 WW Box Office CROSSES ₹500 cr milestone mark in just 4 days.     Right from its inception, the action extravaganza garnered immense buzz and collected Rs 165 crore on its opening day. The Hindi version alone earned around Rs 54 crores. Now, after passing the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the total collection worldwide turned out to be approximately Rs 552 crores.

    The Prashanth Neel directorial has seen a mammoth spike in the Hindi version of the movie’s box office collection. It is expected that the film will join the list of movies- War , Bahubali 2, Tiger Zinda Hai, and Sanju to become the fastest to collect Rs 200 crores at the box office in the Hindi market.

    According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the KGF 2 Hindi version has earned Rs 143.64 crores within three days of its release. "#KGF2 [#Hindi] is all set for a RECORD-SMASHING weekend...     As of Saturday, the Yash starrer has grossed more than $10 million worldwide, with an estimated total of $10.65 million (Rs. 81 crores). After Baahubali 2, RRR , Padmaavat , Dhoom 3, the film with its historic collection is now counted among a few Indian films have who have made $10 million in their first weekend overseas.

    Meanwhile, KGF Chapter 2, a sequel to the Kannada blockbuster KGF Chapter 1, follows an underdog who subsequently becomes a violent gangster, with Yash in the lead. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt , Prakash Raj , and Raveena Tandon in pivotal roles.
