'Kuch toh original lao, dead Bollywood' : Ayushmann Khurrana & Nora Fatehi's Jehda Nasha remake announcement gets brutally trolled

After releasing the trailer of his anticipated film, Action Hero , Ayushmann Khurrana has now shared the first look of the first song from the film. The song is the remake of the song ‘ Jehda Nasha ’ that has been originally crooned by Amar Jalal and Faridkot. The Hindi remake will also feature Nora Fatehi alongside Ayushmann.

Ayushmann Khurrana shared the poster that shows him and Nora Fatehi standing on a stage and looking into the camera. Ayushmann looks dapper in a white formal attire while Nora looks gorgeous in a sleeveless embellished bronze-colored gown that she paired up with dangler earrings, high heels, and a sleek hairdo. The actor captioned the same stating, “Get ready to set fire tothe dance floor once again with #JehdaNasha, with a sizzling twist.” Take a look at the same.

The Hindi remake has been crooned by Amar Jalal, Yohani of ‘Manike’ fame, IP Singh, and Harjot Kaur. The track has been composed by Tanishk Bagchi, Amar Jalal, and Faridkot. The lyrics have been penned by Amar Jalal and Balla Jalal.

However, no sooner did Ayushmann Khurrana share the first look of the ‘Jehda Nasha’ remake, than the netizens began to unleash their fury. One of the netizens stated, “Ek or gaana kharab Kiya jayega with no other than Nora” while another user said, “Don’t spoil it, infact Indian cinema i can consider no originality in songs. Ayushman sir we need #andhadhun kind of songs.” Another netizen added, “Sad remakes man, kuch toh original lao be dead bollywood.” A user went on to say, “This song isn't even old enough to have a remake of it in a movie.”

Well, seems like not many netizens are pleased with ‘Jehda Nasha’ getting a remake in Action Hero. However, we still want to wait and watch whether the song’s magic is able to be retained in the film. It will also be interesting to witness whether Ayushmann Khurrana and Nora Fatehi’s chemistry will work for the remake of the hit track.
