Murder Mubarak teaser: Pankaj Tripathi introduces mysterious crime suspects Sara Ali Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Vijay Varma & others

    The OTT streaming platform Netflix has finally released the announcement teaser of the crime thriller flick Murder Mubarak. The movie stars Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Karisma Kapoor, Vijay Varma, Dimple Kapadia, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra and others. The gritty teaser introduces us to some varying personalities who seem to be from different walks of life.

    We see Pankaj Tripathi who plays a detective all set to investigate a murder crime. He introduces Sara as a South Delhi princess, Vijay as a deadly lover from Chandni Chowk, Karisma as a dream girl of old films, Dimple as an eccentric drunk artist, Sanjay as a royal mess of royalty, Tisca as a dangerous gossipmonger and finally Suhail Nayyar as a debauched party animal. We see all of the suspects giving out mysterious and intriguing expressions which makes us wonder who amongst them is the killer. Take a look at the teaser.

    Pankaj’s voiceover says most killers don't look like killers and instead look like ordinary men and women. He adds how killers look just like you and me and they might be sitting next to you and having a laugh. He last adds that the killer might congratulate himself or herself saying, “Murder Mubarak Ho.”

    Lastly, we see all of them coming and sitting together while a confused Tripathi wonders who amongst these people can be the actual killer. The movie has been directed by Homi Adjania. It will be streaming on Netflix on March 15, 2024.

    Murder Mubarak promises to be a riveting murder mystery. The teaser also gives a major callback to an Agatha Christie novel with Pankaj playing a desi Hercule Poirot. Fans are also raving about the ensemble star cast of the movie. One of the netizens in the comments also said that the film reminded them of the film Knives Out.
