OMG2 Trailer: Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva's messenger shows a ray of hope to disciple Pankaj Tripathi

The much-awaited trailer for OMG2 starring Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi is finally out. The film has been embroiled in many controversies wherein the censor board has given many scenes and stills a chop. Not only this but Akshay’s character was changed from Lord Shiva to being a messenger of the God who comes to aid his disciple.

Talking about the trailer, it shows Pankaj Tripathi to be a huge disciple of Lord Shiva and a simple family man. His life changes for the worst after his son is caught engaging in a presumable sexual activity in a video that goes viral like wildfire. This makes Tripathi and his family a social stigma. When everything seems to be going downhill, he gets help from Akshay Kumar’s character who is a messenger of Lord Shiva. Pankaj Tripathi’s character is also shown to be locking horns with Yami Gautam who plays a lawyer defending the school where the former’s son studies. Take a look at the same.

OMG2 has been helmed by Amit Rai. The first part of the movie starred Paresh Rawal opposite Akshay Kumar and was a huge hit. The movie will be released on August 11, 2023.
