Prabhas, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and many more shower SS Rajamouli with praise after RRR's Golden Globe nominations

The Biggest blockbuster of the year RRR has been receiving a lot of praise from internal critics and audiences, this outpouring of love resulted in the movie getting two Gloden Globe nominations this year.

The movie was nominated for Best Orignal Song and Best Foreign Picture becoming the fifth Indian movie to do so. Director SS Rajamouli has been promoting the film in North America just as Hollywood's award season is starting and it seems to have paid off.

With the movie aching prominent stream popularity with western audiences, something that is extremely rare for Indian movies, and the fact that the previous Indian movies to have received Golden Globe nominations have been the Indian Government's official picks so RR getting two nominations on its own is more impressive.

Many celebrities including the cast of the movie have congratulated the director on the success of RRR, including Alia Bhatt, Ram Charan , and JR NTR via social media.

This support both the director SS Rajamouli and RRR are receiving not only from India but across the world is amazing to see and is proof that Indian cinema thanks to Tollywood has managed to reach the next level.

Fans of RRR will be tuning in to see how the movie fairs when the Golden Globes take place in January at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

The Golden Globes will take place on January 10, 2023, and is considered to be a forecast of what we can expect at the Academy Awards this year.

While it remains to be seen if RRR's popularity will sweep its way through to the Academy members just like it did with the jurors of the Golden Globes. The voting period for Oscar nominees will start on January 12th with the final list of nominations being announced on January 24th.
