Salman Khan's blackbuck poaching case: Rajasthan High Court to hear all the plea related to the superstar

    It is not a hidden fact that Salman Khan’s controversial 1998 blackbuck poaching case is still on the loose. However,the latest development suggests that the Rajasthan High Court will hear all the pleas regarding the actor’s case.

    It seems that the legal troubles are refusing to die down for superstar Salman Khan . It is not a hidden fact that Salman’s controversial 1998 blackbuck poaching case is still on the loose. However, the latest development suggests that the Rajasthan High Court will hear all the pleas regarding the actor’s case.

    ANI’s official tweet read stating, “1998 blackbuck poaching case | Rajasthan High Court allows the transfer petition of actor Salman Khan. The pleas relating to the actor will now be heard in the High Court. " For the unversed, the case was filed against the Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai actor after he allegedly killed two blackbucks on the sets of his movie Hum Saath Saath Hain.

    The incident had taken place in Bhagoda Ki Dhani in Kankani Village, Jodhpur. Salman Khan was charged under section 9/51 of the Indian Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Apart from the Hum Apke Hai Kon actor, his co-stars from the movie namely Saif Ali Khan , Tabu , Sonali Bendre and Neelam were also charged under Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act as well as Section 149 (unlawful assembly) of the IPC.

    However, the court had gone on to acquit Salman Khan’s Hum Saath Saath Hain co-stars over the benefit of the doubt reportedly. Not only this but two more individuals by the name of Dushyant Singh and Dinesh Gawr were also the actors co-accused on the case. The Race 3 actor had spent a week in the Jodhpur jail back in the year 2007 before the court had gone on to grant him bail.

    Salman Khan was also charged under sections 3/25 and 3/27 of the Arms Act of IPC for allegedly using and keeping firearms with an expired license. Now, more updates on the case is being awaited in the future. On the work front, the actor will be seen in films like Tiger 3 and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
