Tom Cruise and Hayley Atwell take center stage in the new stills from Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning

The seventh installment in the Mission Impossible franchise will hit theaters worldwide this July. The movie is a two-parter with the movies rumored to be the final entries in the franchise.

Ahead of the movie's release, Paramount Studio has dropped some new pictures featuring Ethan Hunt and his old team as well as the new addition to the squad.

Director Christopher McQuarrie who has helmed the last three entries in the franchise will be directing Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One and Two.

Fraser Taggart will be in charge of cinematography, and Eddie Hamilton will be handling the editing with Lorne Balfe handling the music

Tom Cruise had a great run at the box office last year with Top Gun: Maverick. The movie directed by Joseph Kosinski is the highest-grossing movie of 2022 and the first Tom Cruise movie to gross over one billion dollars at the box office.

The movie is the sequel to the classic 1986 film Top Gun directed by the late Tony Scott and follows a group of young airforce pilots in a top-secret training program.

Tom Cruise and the team of Mission Impossible, no doubt want to recreate that critical commercial in 2023 as well.

The franchise began in 1996 with Mission Impossible and has spawned six entries so far with parts 7 and 8 releasing in 2023 and 2024 respectively.

The franchise has grossed over 3.5 billion dollars worldwide making it the 16 highest-grossing franchise of all time.

The main cast of the movie includes Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Hayley Atwell, Shea Whigham, Marcin Dorocinski, Pom Klementieff, Esai Morales, Rob Delaney, Henry Czerny, Cary Elwes.

In addition, the supporting cast includes Indira Varma, Mark Gatiss, Charles Parnell, Greg Davis, Marcin Dorociński, Lampros Kalfuntzos, and Mariela Garriga.

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One will hit theaters worldwide on July 14, 2023.
