Simbu to reunite with Gautham Menon for Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa Part 2?

Actor Simbu was a treat to watch in Gautham Menon’s Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa in 2010 and now his fans can highly speculate about a reunion of the actor-director duo. As it was reported that Gautham Menon’s project with Suriya has been scrapped, it is being heard these days that Menon is planning his next film with superstar Thala Ajith. But Ajith is also busy with his previous commitments till early next year. Hence speculations have begun that a second part of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa will be made soon reuniting Menon and Simbu once again.

Presently Simbu is working on a yet-to-be-titled project with director Pandiraj and has two other films in the queue, Vaalu and Vettai Mannan. The busy young actor is expected to begin his project with Gautham Menon soon. Simbu confirmed through his micro blogging page that a lot of good news is awaiting his fans in the near future. The actor tweeted, "Working day and night for pandiraj film. Major portions will b covered by Nov 1. Balu sir's camera work will sure b a treat. Working really hard and sorting out a lot of issues only because of my fans. Lot of gud news on the way." An official announcement on Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa 2 is expected soon from both Simbu and Gautham Menon’s end.
