Gullak Season 4: Here's what you can expect from the upcoming season

Every grown up of today was first a child and then a growing up and then, eventually a grown up. That’s why, every ‘growing up’ and ‘grown up’ will relate to the upcoming season of TVF’s most watched show Gullak. This season, one can find it dealing with the difference between parenting and adulting and everything that comes in between.

Here’s what you can expect from the upcoming season of Gullak!
As stated above, the concerned (read ‘worried’ and ‘extra careful’) parents Santosh Mishra and his wife Shanti Mishra will get to know and also see that while their eldest son Anand Mishra is settled and ‘kamaane lag gaya hai’, it’s their youngest one Aman… ‘jispe nazar rakhna hoga’! The reason? Well... he is now approaching adulthood, the time of one’s life when the person needs clarity on the Ps and Qs of life!

Speaking about Anand Mishra, it can be seen as super visible that he is just not (at all) fond of his younger brother Aman Mishra and his unexplained (erratic) behaviour. Meanwhile, Aman Mishra, in his journey of growing into and stepping into adulthood, he falls in love (or is it a crush) on a girl…. Besides that, his social and friends circle also seems to be increasing by the day.

But, eventually, when the Mishra family realises that, things are not going as per planned (read ‘organically’), the members of the Mishra family viz., Santosh Mishra, Shanti Mishra, and Anand Mishra come together and jointly take a decision in union to help their son Aman get back on track! Will the Mishras be successful in their mission which is a divide between parenting and adulting!

As for the series Gullak Season 4, it stars Jameel Khan (in the role of Santosh Mishra), Geetanjali Kulkarni (in the role of Shanti Mishra), Vaibhav Raj Gupta (in the role of Aanad ‘Annu’ Mishra), and Harsh Mayar (in the role of Aman Mishra). While the show has been created by TVF (The Viral Fever), it has been produced by Arunabh Kumar and written by Vidit Tripathi. The series has been directed by Shreyansh Pandey.

The show will be premiering on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium from June 7 onwards.
