'Anku boy go and sabki lgao': Netizens are impressed with Ankit's captaincy and his savage reply to Priyanka in Bigg Boss 16

Udaariyaan actor Ankit Gupta is currently ruling the Bigg Boss 16 house and netizens are lauding his captaincy. In the recently released promo, Ankit will be seen supervising a task and disqualifying Sajid Khan and his team on grounds of cheating. The promo starts with Ankit saying, he will do cheating in open, and later he can be seen monitoring the task as the house captain. The contestants are divided into two teams of convicts and two jailers in the task. 

Later in the promo, as Sajid and Nimrit’s team loses, Nimrit shouts while taunting Ankit and Priyanka saying, “hum sachai ki murat hai….” Toward the end, Ankit tries to explain himself, but Priyanka interrupts after which he loses his temper. He shouts at her and says, “Tum bolne dogi toh bolunga na. ” Soon after the promo surfaced, the netizens were surprised to see Ankit’s savage attitude. Some appreciated that he finally didn’t stand behind Priyanka as he always did and instead raised his opinion.

One of the social media users wrote, “Abhi toh kamsekam so called nimmi aunty and uncle shiv fans nahi bolenge ki Ankit chamcha hai priyanka ki.” Another commented, “Exactly! I'm glad he did bc he's destroying their fake narrative that #PriyankaChaharChoudhary doesn't let #Ankitgupta talk! He showed that if & when he has something to say, he'll say it! Also proved himself as a better captain than all the others. This was Good for #Priyankit.” “First time kisi ke captain banane pe itni Khushi ho rahi hai nd that is #AnkitGupta well deserving #BB16 can u plz stop poking Ankit every now & then, he is capable enough to handle every situation. kisi aur ke captaincy me toh nai ghus rahe the itna Ankit ke piche kyu pare ho,” added another.

Meanwhile, Ankit has also caught the fancy of fellow contestant Archana Gautam in the last episode. Archana confessed that she is attracted to him in front of Priyanka. She even said that Ankit reminds her of Jamie Dornan, the lead actor from the American movie, 50 Shades Of Grey. In a video that surfaced online, Ankit can be seen carrying Archana to her room in his arms, and the latter was seen giggling.
