Bigg Boss 17 Day 99 Highlights: Isha’s eviction leaves Abhishek in tears; Bigg Boss hands his top 6 over to the press

Last night’s Weekend Ka Vaar began with Anil Kapoor describing the Bigg Boss 17 house as a war zone. The veteran actor joined superstar host Salman Khan to promote his upcoming film Fighter. After a brief introduction of all the contestants, the two left the surveillance room and reached the stage. While talking about the film, Salman joked that it's a good thing that Anil’s co-stars Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan didn’t come to the show. Otherwise they would have made Salman do a difficult hook step of one of their songs. Instead, Salman and Anil flaunted their singing skills before dancing on Yaar Bina Chain Kahan Re. Anil then inspired the contestants, who gave him a warm welcome.

The housemates then got a special task to launch missiles. While Isha Malviya gave Abhishek Kumar the ‘tameez’ missile, Ankita Lokhande gave the ‘entertainment’ missile to Arun Srikanth Mashettey. After Anil left, Salman revealed that the audience voted to make one contestant the Face Of The Season. Mannara Chopra won the honour by garnering the highest votes. Before saying goodbye to the housemates, Salman gave them a shocker by announcing the second eviction of the week. After Ayesha Khan, Isha became the next contestant to be eliminated a week before the finale. Isha left the house with a big smile on her face while Abhishek broke down into tears.

Abhishek himself was confused and wondered why he’s feeling bad for Isha. He later clarified that he does not have any feelings for her but he really wanted her to succeed in the show. Meanwhile Ankita and her husband Vicky Jain discussed their problems. Ankita stated that their families never knew that they fought at home. But right now they are surrounded by cameras, which is why they can see everything. Vicky tried to explain that tomorrow when they have children even he and Ankita would worry about them, the same way their parents are worried about the couple right now. Vicky also clarified that his mother was skeptical about their marriage, but she wasn’t against it.

Later at night Ankita, Vicky and Abhishek kept Isha’s stuff in the store room. But before leaving, Abhishek took her hairband with him. He hid it in the drawer next to his bed without letting anyone know. The next morning, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan met contestants one last time for their Just Chill segment. Contestants had to choose one housemate who audiences never want to see again and is undeserving. Munawar, Ankita, Abhishek and Vicky chose Arun whereas Mannara chose Ankita. Arun, on the other hand, picked Munawar.

Before the show came to an end, Bigg Boss handed over his top 6 to the press for a press conference, which we will witness tonight.
