    -Actor Mannara Chopra reached the grand finale of Bigg Boss 17 along with Ankita Lokhande, Munawar Faruqui, Abhishek Kumar and Arun Mashettey. However, the past few days have been tough for Mannara as she was targeted by the media and housemates for coming in between Ankita and Vicky’s marriage. In the recent media round, Ankita claimed that Mannara used to poke and tease her while stating she had a problem when her husband talked to her. Post that episode, Mannara broke down as she was shocked by the allegation. Amid this, Mannara’s sister Mitali Handa expressed her displeasure with Ankita and called out her double standard.

    Taking to her Instagram Story, Mitali wrote, “When Ankita borrowed clothes which I sent for Mannara and my sister being a kind hearted person gave her so that she looks good in front of the media interaction where all Ankita speaks against Mannara only. Hats off! To Ankita’s relations #insensitive person.”

    Earlier in the day, Mannara’s cousin and global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas came out in support of her and penned an encouraging note. She wrote, “Give it your best and forget about the rest. Carpe diem @memannara #BiggBoss.” Mitali re-shared her post and thanked Priyanka for her unwavering support to Mannara. “Thank you Mimi Didi @priyankachopra for your constant love, support and concern for us always, we love you!”

    Mannara also received support from Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra, who posted a video message in which she was seen telling her to be strong. “You are doing well and you are one of the finalists of the show, I am proud of you, stay strong. Keep a strong head on your shoulders, don't let them break you. You are one 'Chopra' girl and you are really strong, All the best. Proud of you, stay strong," she said.

    Meanwhile, Vicky Jain has been evicted from the house, leaving Mannara, Ankita, Munawar, Abhishek and Arun to be the top five finalists of the season. The grand finale of Bigg Boss 17 is scheduled to be held on January 28.
