‘Dripping of desperation’: Bigg Boss 17’s Mannara Chopra gets trolled for calling herself Winner in Female Category

Television actress Ankita Lokhande was one of the most popular faces to enter Bigg Boss 17. She has been in the industry since a very long time and has a permanent place in fans’ hearts thanks to her beloved show Pavitra Rishta with Sushant Singh Rajput. Which is why, many expected her to reach top 2 this year. But while Munawar Faruqui emerged as the winner of the grand finale night, Abhishek Kumar became the first runner up. Mannara Chopra, on the other hand, beat Ankita to be the second runner up. Post the grand finale, Mannara even called herself ‘Winner in Female Category’ as she was the only girl in the top 3.

But what left netizens shocked was that Mannara used these exact words to describe herself in her official Instagram bio. She changed it to ‘Biggboss-17 Runner up’ later, but netizens were quick to take a screenshot. The actress is now being brutally trolled on social media. Under a screenshot of her former bio, one nasty troll wrote: “Dripping of desperation. 🤣Subah se bio update, delete kar rahi hai. Such a cheap wannabe”, whereas another comment read: “Self obsesssd flop Bollywood actress Barbie Handa 😭🤣🤣.”

A third troll shared, “Winner in female category??😂Wasn't #MannaraChopra also giving interviews that she came first in girls??🤣PS : I have been watching #BiggBoss since years now but didn't knew #BiggBoss17 is a GENDER based show & we get Winners in Male & Female categories!!😂DESPERATION!!🤣.” But there were a few fans who came out in Mannara’s defense. For instance, one netizen claimed, “So wth's the prblm wid that?? She's HAPPY nd ENJOYING little thing's and u ppl are making FUN of this? Like srsly dude? HAVE SOME SHAME GUYSS. U ppl can't even REACH whr she is STANDING today! It's better TO LIVE AND LET LIVE‼️”

Even after Bigg Boss 17 has come to an end, Mannara continues to give us fun content and we love it! We wish the actress all the best for her bright future.
