Housefull 5 - Akshay Kumar starrer laugh-a-riot to be shot in London for THESE many days!

Just a few days back, we had reported about the much-needed update about Housefull 5, which happens to be one of the most eagerly awaited films of recent times. Just like its ‘predecessors’, the next instalment of Housefull (which is in its fifth instalment), the film has started to make news with each passing day. The last update about the film was that of Abhishek Bachchan becoming the latest addition to the comedy flick.

Now, for the latest update about the film. As per a report in Mid Day, it has been said that the film’s director Tarun Mansukhani will be taking the film into the pre-production this month. In addition to that, the filmmaker will also be kicking off to the United Kingdom to do a recce in a time span of ten days. As per a source-based report, it has been stated that the film will be shot in London primarily. The reason? Well, the said report states that the filmmaker Tarun Mansukhani apparently wants to bring other untapped locations to the silver screen.

Elaborating the same, it has been reported that, the reason for the above has been cited as the film’s makers have now charted out a long recce, for the reason that, Akshay Kumar’s two projects had been shot there (in the United Kingdom). And the two films in question are Khel Khel Mein (which is under production) as well as Bell Bottom. And that is the reason why the film’s makers wanted to avoid any similar locations.

The report further stated that, post the pre-production (which has been planned to take place in May-end and June), the film’s director Tarun Mansukhani will start shooting for the film Housefull 5. Talking about the film, it has been said that, Tarun has assigned around 60 to 65 days that will be dedicated for the film’s shoot and that he wanted to wrap up the principal photography by October before Diwali.

As for the film Housefull 5, it stars Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, and Chunky Panday. The film has been scheduled to be released in June 2025. Watch this space for developments.
