'At least she is learning and trying': Rakhi Sawant recites dua for sehri at the airport, netizens laud her attempt

After marrying Adil Khan Durrani , Rakhi Sawant embraced the religion of Islam. Though she has parted ways with him, she is fasting every day in the holy month of Ramzan. Recently, she was seen reciting dua for sehri at the airport. A video is doing rounds on the internet wherein she could be seen buying a South Indian dish to perform the pre-dawn fasting ritual.

In the short clip, Rakhi is seen dressed in a blue blazer over a yellow top paired with denim. She buys idli sambhar and tells the paparazzi that she is doing sehri at the airport. In another video, she could be seen taking the help of a man to recite prayers before sehri. Soon after, the netizens reacted to her video. Some of the people praised her for learning about Islamic traditions, while others trolled her for overreacting.

While one user wrote, “At least she is learning and trying” Another commented, “Nautanki hi sahi lekin wo try to kari hai...Allah ko kaun si unki neki pasand aaye bol nhi sakte.” “Niyyat padhna utna zaroori nhi hai Rakhi ji dill me niyyat Karliye wahi kaafi hai,” added another. On the other hand, one of the trolls criticized, “Isko mental asylum m hona chahiye ye khulle m ghum rhi h … public k liye khatra h ye sab.” Another slammed saying, “Dogli...hai ye...ye sab iska doglaapan hai.”

Earlier, Rakhi became the target of trolls when she offered namaz wearing short leggings. Angry netizens find it disrespectful as her legs were not entirely covered. Some were also irked by her nail polish. Meanwhile, Rakhi Sawant is currently waiting for her divorce from Adil to get finalized. She had filed an FIR against him for domestic violence and mishandling her funds. Following which he taken into judicial custody.
