Kangana Ranaut to undergo transformation for another action movie, to make announcement soon

Unfazed by Dhaakad ’s failure, Kangana Ranaut has geared up for another action movie. The actress will be going through a major physical transformation for the same just as she underwent in the 2013 film, Krissh 3. She took to her Instagram stories to share the news and said the announcement will be soon made.

Kangana posted an image of herself in the character of Kaya from Krissh 3, and captioned it as, “More than ten years ago @AnjaliMukherjee did the most stunning transformation for me for the role of superhuman for movie Krissh.” In the next post, she shared a lovely picture with the doctor and wrote, “We are back again…@Anjalimukherjee might look younger than me but her daughter is my age. Diet is everything and I'm damn serious this time” and dropped a ‘Let’s go’ sticker. In her last post, she shared the news saying, “Another action movie Another transformation announcement coming soon with my favourite director.” Take a look at her posts here:

For those unversed, Kangana featured in the high-octane actioner Dhaakad (2022) made on a whopping budget of Rs 89 crore. Though her performance received rave reviews, the film tanked at the box office with a lifetime collection of a meagre Rs 2.58 crore as per reports. Directed by Razneesh Ghai, the film also stars Arjun Rampal, Divya Dutta and Saswata Chatterjee. Kangana had cited the audience’s inability to understand the westernised concept of the film as the reason behind it being a flop.

Kangana’s fans are excited about her next actioner, as one of the Twitter users wrote, “Kangana Ranaut via her IG story specifically wrote "am serious this time". She will definitely not leave any stone unturned. All the very best” Another user wrote, “News of the day. Can't wait to see her in action mode again I'm so so so happy.” Meanwhile, Kangana finished shooting for Chandramukhi 2 . She also has Emergency, Tejas and Manikarnika 2 in the pipeline.
