‘Katrina's basic’: Vicky Kaushal decodes his wife’s sense of style; reveals why she doesn't give him fashion advice

Actor Vicky Kaushal recently turned showstopper for designer Kunal Rawal at India Fashion Show. At the fashion event, he was asked about the fashion advice he receives from his beautiful wife and actress Katrina Kaif . And the actor revealed that Katrina has lost all hope in him in the fashion department as he hardly follows his advice. He also mentioned how he reacts when she disapproves of his clothes.

During the media interaction, when asked what fashion advice she takes from Katrina, Vicky replied, “Advice, I don’t know, she has lost all hope in me that I am gonna follow any advice.” To which the reporter interrupts and asks if he gives any advice to her, and he was in utter shock. He laughs off, “Do I tell her, I am Vicky Kaushal and she is Katrina Kaif.”

Further, Vicky also revealed one of the commonalities he shares with Katrina when it comes to making fashion choices. He said, “She is ace in fashion, and where we also connect is that she loves basics. Not in terms of brand or whatever, she is always looking for comfort. First, she checks how it will fit her and how the color gonna look at her, and that’s how we relate to each other.” When asked how he reacts to Katrina disapproving of his clothes, he said, “Yes pretty much every day, and I say I love you too and I just get out of the house.”

After dating Katrina for a period of time, Vicky tied the knot with her in an intimate wedding on December 9 last year. The two recently shared an adorable post for each other celebrating their first wedding anniversary. The duo has recently jetted off to London to celebrate Christmas with Katrina’s family. On the work front, Vicky is garnering positive reviews for his performance in the comedy thriller Govinda Naam Mera . Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film also stars Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar. Katrina, on the other hand, is busy shooting for her next Merry Christmas with director Sriram Raghavan alongside Vijay Sethupathi.
