Before making her acting debut, Kriti Sanon had a career in modeling.
The beautiful and very talented Kriti Sanon has surely come a long way and is an inspiration for many today. She began her journey in the entertainment world as a model before making her acting debut with a Telugu film. Later the same year, Kriti got her big Bollywood break with Heropanti , opposite Tiger Shroff. She went on to give us spectacular performances to gush over in films like Bareilly Ki Barfi, Hum Do Hamare Do and Mimi, which left fans in awe of her versatility. While she is a self-made actor and is currently one of the most sought-after performers, Kriti’s road to success was far from easy.
In a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Kriti remembered how her first photoshoot and ramp show left her in tears. She was quoted saying, “In my first ramp show, I was nervous, obviously, and I messed up the choreography a little bit. It was my first show and it was a complicated choreography. And that choreographer was extremely rude.” Kriti went on to reveal, “And after the show, she shouted at me in front of 50 models and I just took it there and then I went and sat in an auto, and I started crying.”
The photographer at her first photoshoot, on the other hand, was sweet. But the actress was extremely conscious and felt she did not perform well, which left her disheartened once again. Back then, Kriti’s mother had told her that maybe this line of career was not meant for her as one needs to be much more stronger and thick-skinned. Well, the actress gave herself a second chance instead of giving up and the result is right in front of us today. There’s a lot one can learn from Kriti’s struggle story.
