    Shilpa Shetty Kundra is currently busy shooting for Sonal Joshi's Sukhee in Punjab. The actor on Monday shared a video of herself doing workouts in between shots.

    Actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra is a fitness enthusiast who always believes in pushing her limits. The actor makes sure that she spares some time for fitness even between her full-packed work schedule. On Monday, she gave the perfect example of it with a video in which she squeezed in some time for her health and fitness.

    The Hungama 2 actor is currently busy shooting for the upcoming film ‘Sukhee’ in Punjab. Taking to Instagram, she gave a sneak peek into her fitness regime amidst her 14-hour work. In the video, she can be seen doing free squats and a few stretches in front of the mirror. Dressed in a printed orange kurta, she is being asked to return to work as the shot gets ready.

    Sharing the video, the actor wrote,” A day packed with commitments should never deter us from sparing some time for fitness. In the midst of a 14-hour shift, I try my best to make the most of my time in between shots. So, I squeezed in some reps of the Free Squats, a few stretches, and Natrajasana (before I was called in, of course).”

    Further, she detailed the benefits of the respective postures. “Practicing the Natrajasana strengthens the shoulder, back, arms, and legs. It regulates the digestive system; and is great for stretching the body including hands, thighs, legs, waist, & abdomen. The Free Squats help in strengthening the lower body musculature; strengthens quadriceps, glutes, lower back, & abdominals. Moreover, it also helps in strengthening the muscles, tendons, & ligaments; while improving mobility in the hip, knee, and ankle joints.”

    She concluded the post by encouraging her fans to follow similar fitness routine amid their work commitments and concentrate on their health. “I’ve got to get back to work now, but do make sure to squeeze in some time for your health & fitness today, even if it means to just concentrate on your breath for 10 mins, my InstaFam! Swasth raho, mast raho!” she signed off.

    Talking about Sukhee', the upcoming film is being directed by Sonal Joshi and co-produced by Bhushan Kumar . Besides it, Shilpa is also hosting a new fitness show titled 'Shape of You' in which she interviews celebrities who talk about their fitness and health.
