    Sara Ali Khan recently returned to Mumbai after making heads turn with her debut appearance at Cannes Film Festival 2023. And soon after she got busy with the promotions of her upcoming romantic drama, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke with co-star Vicky Kaushal. On Saturday night, the duo was spotted in the city together for a promotional event. While Sara was seen wearing a silver-sequinned kurta and palazzo, Vicky sported a casual ensemble.

    While they posed for the paparazzi, one of the photographers asked Sara if she was tired, “Thak gaye Sara kya?”he asked. To which Sara asked back, “Thaki lag rahi hu kya?”She then added, “That’s so mean” and Vicky smiled. Soon after the video surfaced, one of the netizens reacted, “Indian media utters only crap!” Another commented, “Sara overacting ali khan pls retire from acting and bless cinema lovers” “Why mean sara ? This outfit is not at all good. TKSS is the biggest platform . We should always put our best. ”Apparently, Vicky and Sara were shooting for the upcoming episode of The Kapil Sharma Show.     As Sara was at the French Riviera for Cannes, she made glamorous appearances in Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla-designed lehenga and retro saree. At the Red Sea Women in Cinema Gala, she sizzled in a shimmery gown designed by Rachel Gilbert. She also delivered a powerful speech in Cinema gala event, “I’m so proud to be here celebrating women both in front of and behind the camera. I hope that we continue to do things like this worldwide. I hope that my country does more and more, and has a louder and more felt presence globally and internationally. While remembering who we are, where we come from. And I hope that we can tell honest, true real stories about ourselves and learn more and more,”she said.

    Meanwhile, Sara’s Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is helmed by Laxman Utekar, and is scheduled for a theatrical release on June 2. Apart from this, she also has Anurag Basu’s Metro In Dino co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Kannan Iyer’s Ae Watan Mere Watan in the pipeline.
