Do Patti teaser: Kajol is a badass cop who tries to find out the truth of a mysterious Kriti Sanon, watch

The teaser of the Netflix crime-thriller flick Do Patti is out now. The movie stars Kajol and Kriti Sanon in the lead. The movie has been directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi.

Talking about the same, it shows Kajol playing a badass cop who is embroiled in a case wherein Kriti is seemingly the main suspect. Kajol’s character has to do all her might to unravel the truth behind Kriti’s real motives. We can hear Kajol’s voiceover wherein she says that she was trained to find out whether a person is guilty or innocent based on truth or evidence. However, she finds herself at a crossroads when the truth and evidence collide. Then we hear Kriti say that in such a case, one needs to listen to their hearts but some of the biggest betrayals are done by one’s heart. Take a look at the teaser.

Both Kriti and Kajol are seen in their finest element in the teaser of Do Patti. We cannot wait to see the chemistry unfold between the two ladies. Varun Dhawan turned cheerleader for Kriti in the comments while Kajol’s husband Ajay Devgn left a hilarious comment. Referring to his wife playing a cop just like his character Singham, Ajay wrote, “Competing with me?” A fan said, “This type of films I want Kriti to do. She's a perfect actor by the way.” Another fan stated, “Movies with extraordinary female characters as leads, these type of stories must keep coming.” A user added, “Hope this brings Kriti back to what she's capable of. Also it could turn fortunes for her as a producer. Kajol looking cool as a cop too. Eagerly waiting for this one.”

Kanika Dhillon has penned the movie. This marks the second collaboration of Kajol and Kriti. Interestingly they played sisters in the 2015 film Dilwale.
