SS Rajamouli reveals that legendary director James Cameron is a fan of RRR

RRR is doing fantastic at this year's Hollywood award season having won several prestigious awards including a Golden Globe for Best Original Song.

To add another feather to the cap, SS Rajamouli revealed via Twitter that he went with Legendary director James Cameron , who is a fan of RRR and has even seen it twice.

Cameron also spent 10 minutes talking to Rajamouli and sharing his thoughts on the movie.

James Cameron's Avatar: The way of Water is the highest-grossing movie of 2022 and has grossed over two billion dollars worldwide and is still number one at the box office.

The success of the movie has given the go-ahead for the movie's three planned sequels, with part three set to release in 2024.

As for RRR, with the Oscars just around the corner and the fact that RRR managed to get into the list of the 301 eligible movie list for this years Academy Awards, this Golden Globe win has added to the hype surrounding the movie.

Currently SS Rajamouli's epic action movie RRR seems to be the best contractor to a nomination for Best Picture thanks to how well the movie is doing at this year's Hollywood award season and its massive popularity.

Recently the movie won Best Foreign Picture at at the Critics Choice Awards in Los Angeles after winning the Best Song.

The movie has so far managed to win a total of 15 awards from various film festivals in the United States including The Saturn award, the Los Angeles Film Critics Association, the Hollywood Critics Association Awards, and the Golden Globes.

The Academy members will start voting for the final list of nominees in each category on January 12, 2023, with the final day of voting on January 17th and the final list of nominees being announced on January 24, 2023.
