Earlier this year, Hudgens officially announced their engagement through an Instagram post, featuring a photo flaunting her ring against the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower. While neither Hudgens nor Tucker has shared images from the wedding, speculation arose when a circulating photo on social media depicted Hudgens on a beach in a white dress.

Multiple sources have since confirmed the wedding. Tucker, who initially met Hudgens in 2021 while with the Pirates, joined the Arizona Diamondbacks last year before becoming a current free agent.

    From Phoenix to the Pros

Tucker originates from Phoenix, Arizona, and entered the professional baseball scene when he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates as their shortstop in 2014. Baseball Reference notes that he was the 24th pick of the 1st round and marked his professional debut in April 2019.

Standing at 6'3", Tucker showcased versatility by transitioning between shortstop and outfielder positions during his time with the Pirates. Unfortunately, his momentum was interrupted when he suffered a concussion in the fall of 2020, sidelining him for the rest of the season.

Speculations about the couple's relationship surfaced on November 21 when Hudgens posted a photo captioned "Date night ," holding a pink rose. The rumors gained traction that same night as paparazzi captured them cuddling outside the Canyon Country Store in Los Angeles.

The following evening, Tucker and Hudgens were spotted on a dinner date at Pace in Laurel Canyon. An eyewitness shared, "They had a romantic dinner outside under the stars. They shared wine and food and had a great two-hour meal. Vanessa was giddy with laughter, looking over at Cole and couldn't contain her smile."

Hudgens revealed her intention to legally adopt Tucker's last name during an appearance on the Today show, stating on November 2, 2023, "Yeah, I'm probably going to take it. Professionally, it's obviously going to stay the same, but yeah. Mrs. T."
