'Nautanki ki dukaan': Ranveer Singh gets trolled for telling the same first-meet incidents for Deepika and Anushka

While Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s Koffee With Karan 8 episode left some fans gushing, it seems others were not that impressed. Now, some section of the netizens played detective and discovered that Ranveer’s account of meeting his wife and actress Deepika Padukone for the first time sounded eerily similar. It was soon unraveled that the actor said something same for Anushka Sharma when they were rumored to be dating while working on his debut movie Band Baaja Baarat. He was brutally trolled after the same.

Talking about the same, Ranveer could be seen recalling how he met Deepika during the reading session of Goliyon Ki Raas Leela: Ram Leela. He could be seen saying how the Cocktail actress’ hair was flying in the wind as she entered through heavy doors with her wearing a white Chikankari kurta. However, now the internet is discovering that he said the same thing for Anushka too when he appeared with her on Koffee With Karan. A video of the same has been going viral like hotcakes. One of the netizens said, “What a shame...it's like these guys are giving other people fake relationship goals. I mean, after seeing that video and this episode I was also in love with them, after seeing this it actually broke my heart.” Meanwhile, a user added, “Wow- we all were deceived by him.” A netizen called Ranveer, “nautanki ki dukaan.” A user said, “Copy paste drama revealed.” A netizen said, “Greenest flag just got exposed or what.” Another netizen said, “Deepika's smile and laughter is the most fake thing her eyes are dead.”

Apart from this, Deepika and Ranveer also showed their wedding video on the show for the very first time after 5 years of their marriage. They also revealed how they were already engaged in 2015. The couple had tied the knot in November 14 and 15 in Lake Como, Italy.
