Attack Twitter Reactions: Netizens have a mixed reaction to John Abraham's super-soldier flick

John Abraham’s super-soldier flick Attack was released into the theatres today (April 1). The movie revolves around an army veteran played by John being transformed into a super-soldier through artificial intelligence wherein his strength is used to combat terror forces. The netizens have been giving a mixed reaction to the film. While some fans liked the lavish VFX and action sequences, others found faults in the story. Take a look at some of the reactions.

A user wrote, “#Attack Review: John Abraham and his ego deserve this failure. The movie is utter s**t.” This harsh criticism might be in reference to John’s statement of not wanting to do South films which were not received well by the fans of the South Indian film industry. A netizen urged the audience to watch the John Abraham starrer if they need to see a newness on the big screen. On the other hand, a fan criticized the film saying Bollywood needs to restart. The tweet said, “#AttackReview #Attack. Apart from a few action scenes, you can throw the rest of the movie in the dustbin. Boring 1st half with lag scenes and no scope for heroines to act wasted. Poor graphics and Routine Second half & climax. Bollywood needs to restart.”

The movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Rakul Preet Singh , Prakash Raj , and Ratna Pathak Shah in the lead roles. It has been directed by Lakshya Raj Anand. The movie is also bankrolled by John Abraham.
